At Whittier tutoring, we currently work with over 50 students for approximately a half hour a day, 4 days a week.  Most students work one on one with a tutor, but some work in groups of 2 or 3.  Some students are in tutoring for just a short time to help with a specific need.

Most students work with tutoring from October through May.  

We have 7 tutors--half work "full time"--afternoons and mornings, half work just one or the other.  Tutoring provides students an opportunity to work in a quiet, focused environment
targeting specific needs.
